Nigeria tips Malawi on education policies

The Director of Research for Nigeria’s National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Professor Habu Galadima, has said Malawi and Nigeria can strengthen education system through improved policies.

Speaking in an interview with Malawi News Agency (Mana), Galadima, who was part of an education delegation that is visiting Malawi, said the two countries can find common areas which need to be worked on to improve education.school

“Malawi and Nigeria need to fill those critical gaps that need attention in order to improve education starting from primary to tertiary levels,” he said.

Galadima added that the objective of the tour is to help experts draw new education structures and for policymakers in both countries to understand their respective educational system.

According to Galadima, there are a number of education delegates visiting countries such as Zambia and South Africa

The NIPSS members will be in the country for 10 days.

  1. how can Nigeria tips malawi on education policies? please malawians have good ambitions aim high……if you could have talked of Ghana zambia …..zimbabwe ..Uganda. yes…on literacy rate malawi 62 nigeria 68% these people they are trying to be close to us on hiden agenda….No nigerians can come close to someone without profiting something from s/he..or country

    Our leaders please walk in the path of kamuzu…how did he manage to run the country even having good education policies ..we know things are changing (Educational system or policy) but they start from europe why not going there and do your research or ask for help?
